What areas do you serve?
We provide service to most of Dutchess County New York areas. Our service area extends to a 20-mile radius from any of the three areas we serve to include Fishkill, Hopewell Junction, and Wappingers Falls. We extend our services to cover the entire Hudson Valley area beyond the mentioned areas by scheduled appointment.

What are your operating hours?
We provide 24 hour scheduled service and airport transportation by appointment/reservations. Our dispatch office is open Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm with Saturday & Sunday being open 10am-8pm.

What kind of vehicles do you have?
We use sedans, Chrysler 300's and Cadillac XTS's as well as GMC Yukon SUV, depending on customers’ needs. 

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.

How much notice do you need for a reservation?
Local calls within our coverage area of Hopewell Junction, Wappingers Falls, and Fishkill do not require reservations. We can usually accommodate calls within these areas in about 15 minutes. 
We require 24 hours' notice for reservations. Early morning pick-ups must be reserved by 9pm on the previous day. Last minute calls are not usually encouraged however, if possible, we will still try to accommodate them.

Is the passenger responsible for paying tolls?
Airport transportation includes toll charges in the price.

Are pets allowed in your vehicles?
No large pets are allowed. If you have a small dog, cat or other small animal, it must be in a crate. Please inform us if you will be traveling with a pet when booking your reservation. Service dogs are welcome.

Do you provide service to hotels in New York City and adjoining areas?
We provide service to all hotels in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas.

What airports do you provide service to and from?
We provide service to all airports in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas.

How much luggage can I take?
It depends on the size of your luggage. Typically, a standard sedan will accommodate 3 to 4 standard size suitcases.

Do you supply car seats for children?
No, parents must supply their own car seats. We can hold car seats at our office if you are booking round trip transportation.

What is the procedure for picking up arriving passengers at the airport?
Passengers arriving at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Westchester or Stewart Airport are advised to proceed to outside passenger pickup areas. The driver will be in communication with passengers via text or phone.

What are your wait time charges?
Our calculated waiting time is normally 5-15 minutes included in your airport transportation fare. After the first 15 minutes of wait time, the customer will be charged a fee of $5.00 for each 15 minutes of additional wait time. Keep in mind that we do check the arrival of all flights prior to dispatching our vehicles to any airport. 
Wait time charges apply to all calls. An additional $5.00 fee will be charged for each 15 minutes of wait time for any dispatched service. We do not include waiting time for local dispatched calls.

Can I make arrangements for additional pick-ups and drop offs on a scheduled trip?
This can be arranged with an additional charge for each additional stop. Please inform the dispatcher for your pickup and drop off requests, as the driver may not be able to accommodate last minute requests. 

What is your additional stop charge?
Additional stop charges apply to all calls at a rate of $5.00 per additional stop (Plus mileage) not exceeding 15 minutes. A $5.00 wait fee applies per each 15 minutes interval after the first 15 minutes. Please inform our dispatcher of any additional stops you require. The driver may not be able to make an unscheduled stop if it’s unknown about prior to your pickup. 

Is gratuity included in the fare?
Yes, gratuity is generally included in the fare for airport and/or long-distance trips. The normal gratuity amount is 20%.

Can I request a particular driver?
Yes, you can. The final decision will be based on the driver’s availability.

How will my credit card be charged?
The credit card number taken at the time of reservation may be charged a minimal $50.00 fee to ensure your reservation. Please provide the dispatcher your credit card information at the time of your reservation. Our drivers are unable to process credit cards in our vehicles. You may choose to have the entire fare placed on your card at the time of reservation if one receipt is needed for the total fare.  

Why do you need my credit card for booking if I want to pay cash?
We ask for credit card information for all pickups outside of our area. This includes airport pickups. Your credit card taken at reservation is for authorization only. Once you pay cash, your credit card will not be charged. If you book a reservation and do not inform us that you change your flight or departure time within at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled booking, then your credit card will be charged if the driver has already been dispatched.

When are credit cards required for reservations?
We require a credit card for all reservations.
